2.1 Booking and contact forms

Data: name, surname, email address, phone (optional), charter preferences, dates.
Purpose: process your booking request or enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary for pre-contractual measures.
Retention: 2 years from last contact, or as required by law for confirmed bookings.

2.2 Feedback and support messages

Data: name, email, message text, attached photos (optional).
Purpose: handle support requests and improve the service.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in service quality management.
Retention: 12 months.

2.3 Photo contest

Data: name, email, one or more Instagram accounts (optional), one or more submitted photos, and the consents given (release and acceptance of the rules).
Purpose: contest administration, prize award, social media publication (with explicit consent).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent.
Retention: until contest conclusion + 1 year. Winning photos retained as long as used publicly.

3. Data Sharing

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with:

  • Cloud service providers (Google Workspace / Google Drive) for storage and communications, acting as data processors under appropriate DPA agreements.
  • Competent authorities when required by law.

4. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Google services may involve transfers to countries outside the EEA. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information is available in Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights (Arts. 15–22 GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
